There are a number of accommodation options at the conference venue to suite all budgets.

Heritage Room cost per night including GST: $159

Available with 1 king [zip] or 2 single beds. Features an "old world charm” decor and resort parking.

This price includes 1 full buffet breakfast.

*Note - this room type has heating but does not have air-conditioning.

Resort Room cost per night including GST: $179

Available with 1 king [zip] or 2 single beds. Parking provided in the main Resort car park.

This price includes 1 full buffet breakfast

One Bedroom Apartment cost per night including GST: $219

Available with 1 queen bed + 1 sofa bed. Features private en suite bathroom, full kitchen facilities, shared laundry facilities and balcony/terrace. Apartments have a dedicated parking space.

This price includes 1 full buffet breakfast.

*Additional breakfasts can be organised at a cost of $20 per breakfast

Terms and Conditions

Cancellation of accommodation at Mantra Lorne

Accommodation will not be confirmed until a deposit of one night's tariff is received. This deposit will be forwarded to your hotel and will be credited to your room account. Delegates must settle the balance of their account with the Mantra upon check out. If accommodation deposits are not received before 1 October 2013 your room will be released back to the hotel. The secretariat does not take responsibility for accommodation if deposits are not received by this date. No accommodation deposits will be refunded on or after 1 October 2013. To cancel any bookings please email the secretariat. Any change in booking at the Mantra Lorne must be made in writing to the secretariat and NOT directly to the hotel. Please email the secretariat for any changes.

Alternative Accommodation

Alternatively there is a backpackers close by or if delegates have their families or a group of colleagues you may look to hire a self catering house.
