Registration

The Organising Committee invite you to register for the 7^th International Workshop on Infrared Microscopy and Spectroscopy with Accelerator-Based Sources. Please read the registration information below carefully before beginning the registration process.

Registration Fees

All fees are quoted in Australian dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of 10% GST. Registrations made after 4 November 2013 must be made onsite at the Conference Registration Desk at the Mantra Lorne.

Registration Entitlements

Full Delegate and Student Registration

• Attendance at all sessions during the workshop (10^th - 14^th November)
• Catering in the exhibition area during the conference (10^th - 14^th November)
• Welcome Reception (Sunday 10^th November 2013)
• Conference dinner (13^th November 2013)
• Tour of Australian Synchrotron (14^th November 2013)

Terms and Conditions

Cancellation of registration

Cancellations must be made in writing to the conference secretariat. Cancellations received prior to 1 October 2013 will receive a full refund minus a $150 administration fee. Cancellations received after 1 October 2013 will not be refunded. The conference hosts will consider cancellations of registration under exceptional circumstances. Refunds will not be granted on failure of visa application. Substitute delegates will be accepted.

Privacy

In registering for this workshop your name and workplace will be incorporated into a delegate list for the benefit of all delegates, sponsors and exhibitors. The details may also be made available (if necessary) to parties directly related to the workshop including venues, accommodation providers, and future conferences. Your name and contact information may be used by the event host for marketing and managing this and future events of this type. Images may be taken of you during the conference (photograph or video). You may opt out at any time.
